New boards, commissions, task forces, regulations, and programs have been created — yet families are still facing higher premiums, higher out-of-pocket costs, and medical debt.

At CHAIN, we believe success should not be measured by how many bills get passed. It should be measured by whether patients are actually better off.

That means lower costs. Less medical debt. More transparency. Real accountability. And policies that deliver measurable results for the people they are supposed to help.
